Refund Requirement:
For a full refund, it is necessary to return items in their original condition without any alterations.
Please include the original warranty card that has not been used or filled out, along with all of the original packaging and accessories, including a UPC code.
Please ensure that you return the items to us with full insurance and using a shipping method that can be traced, at your own expense.
A Product Is Not Returnable:
- After the Fifteen days of the shipment’s receipt date.
- The item labeled as “Special Order” or “Final Sale.”
- The item has been either installed or is already in use.
- A warranty card is filled out, the product is registered or serviced, and rebates are submitted and/or claimed.
Methods of Returning an Item:

After receiving approval, please return the item to the designated warehouse using a shipping method that is fully insured and trackable.
Preventing a Return:
- Ensure that the specifications of the electrical appliances align with your requirements.
- Please review the measurements of the built-in appliance cutouts.
- It is important to thoroughly inspect large items for any signs of damage upon delivery.
- Accurate measurements of doorways and spaces for large objects are essential to prevent any potential problems.
Shipping:
Edeviceshop does not include shipping costs for returned items. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs, even if the item is advertised as having free shipping.
Policy on Delivery:
- Standard Shipping Business operates from Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed.
- Upon delivery, it is required for an adult to sign for the package.
- It is important to thoroughly inspect products for any damage before they are dispatched.
- Orders placed prior to shipment are exempt from any cancellation fees.
- Following the shipment, a return shipping cost of approximately $1.50 per pound will be applied.
- Cancellations are not possible for items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Special Order”.

Refuse shipments that are damaged, and give your freight forwarder the necessary information.
It is your obligation, or the freight forwarder’s, to comply with import and export laws; Edeviceshop should not be mentioned on any export documentation.
